Meet your Chiropractic & Wellbeing practitioners

DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC: JULIE

My passion was to work with horses and as a consequence I suffered debilitating back pain which meant that I needed to take lots of time off work.

This had a negative effect on my mental health and caused financial stress too. My GP prescribed strong pain medication which didn’t help my symptoms and caused unwanted side effects. Following an MRI and an appointment with an orthopaedic surgeon, I was advised to have surgery. This involved risks, a lengthy recovery and no guarantee for a successful outcome.

After extensive research for a natural approach, I received a course of chiropractic care and was so impressed with the results that I undertook the 5-year study myself. Since then, I have enjoyed seeing others benefit from chiropractic care and return to their normal daily activities with this non-drug, non-invasive approach.

I am registered with General Council of Chiropractic (No.4817) and with The McTimoney Chiropractic Association.

Massage Therapist: Richard

Richard has always been passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and supporting long-term wellbeing through practical, hands-on care. His interest in movement, recovery, and physical performance led him to train as a Sports Massage Therapist, where he now works closely with clients to relieve pain, reduce tension, and improve mobility.

Richard holds a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage, an FHT-accredited qualification, and specialises in sports and deep tissue massage. His treatments are tailored to each individual, whether you’re recovering from injury, managing muscular tightness, dealing with postural strain, or simply looking to support your body through regular maintenance.

Taking a calm, professional, and client-focused approach, Richard believes that effective massage therapy is about understanding the body as a whole, not just treating isolated symptoms. He works collaboratively with clients to support recovery, enhance movement, and help them feel more comfortable and confident in everyday life.

Richard is passionate about helping people move better, recover faster, and maintain their physical wellbeing so they can continue doing the things they enjoy with greater ease.
